Rose Lassi Recipe - M.M.Mithaiwala


 

A chilled beverage to beat the summer heat

INGREDIENTS:
·         1.5 cups fresh curd
·         1 cup chilled water
·         5 to 6 fresh edible rose petals
·         1 to 2 tsp rose water
·         3 tbsp rose syrup
·         3 tbsp sugar
·         1 tbsp chopped dry fruits like pistachios, almonds or cashews

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.    Take 1.5 cups fresh chilled curd in a mixer
2.    Add 1 cup chilled water, 5 to 6 fresh rose petals, 1 to 2 tsp rose water,
       3 tbsp rose syrup and 3 tbsp Sugar
3.    Blend everything till smooth and till the lassi becomes foamy
4.    Pour in glasses and serve rose lassi with some chopped dry fruits.
5.   Ready to Drink
